Statutory and Tax Compliance Calendar for month of June 2023

This article compiles due-dates for GST, Income Tax, ESI, PF Acts, and Companies Act compliances with a primary focus on Individuals, Professionals, and SME Businesses.

These due-dates are subject to extensions based on stakeholder representations and circumstances. We will notify you as soon as any due-dates are extended.

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, colour coding is employed for better understanding.

News and updates

  1. Exemption limit of Leave Salary Encashment u/s 10(AA) of employees other than Central/State Government Employees notified as Rs. 25 Lakhs w.e.f. 01.04.2023.

  2. CBDT extends due date for applying for renewal / grant of provisional registration by Charitable Trusts to 30.09.2023. Failure to apply made such trusts liable to additional taxation on accreted income u/s 115TD.

  3. GSTN enabled a new facility to find any IRN by Invoice No. This facility is very helpful to check IRN for any invoice. The URL to find IRN through Invoice is

  4. Filing of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C for FY 2022-23 has started on GST Portal.

  5. E-invoice limit reduced to Rs. 5 Crores w.e.f. 01st August 2023.
